Since February 1987, E.P. Ferris and Associates, Inc. has been providing Civil Engineering and Surveying services to private clients throughout Ohio. Our private development department includes professional engineers with more than forty years experience. Our design team is familiar with many local development codes and storm sewer management regulations. Our Surveying department is capable of performing many types of surveys including ALTA Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Mortgage Surveys, and Topographic Surveys. Our firm is also prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation to prepare right-of-way plans. Our Survey Crews are led by Matthew E. Ferris, PE, PS, Matthew Sloat, PE, PS, and Edward P. Ferris, PE, PS.
