Matthew E. Ferris, P.E., P.S.
President
Serving as President since 2012, Mr. Ferris has instilled a culture at E.P. Ferris and Associates, Inc., founded on integrity, respect and the care for others. This culture is present in the firms daily collaborations and guides the development of each project.
Growing up in the firm, Mr. Ferris has been privileged to occupy various roles, including Construction Inspector, Survey Crew Party Chief, Designer and Project Manager. This diverse experience has afforded him a profound understanding of all service lines offered by the firm. With over 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Ferris has managed complex public infrastructure projects, urban redevelopment initiatives, renewable energy endeavors, brownfield reclamation projects, and lead general municipal engineering services.
Presently, Mr. Ferris actively leads, managing multiple public and private projects while fulfilling his responsibilities as the firm’s leader. He strongly believes that firm leaders should be actively involved in projects to ensure that clients receive the exemplary level of service they deserve.
Christopher L. Lescody, P.E.
Vice President
Joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Lescody has brought over 25 years of land development knowledge, project management, and client strategies to bolster the foundations of integrity, respect, and a caring culture.
With experience working for larger firms, Mr. Lescody truly enjoys the family values at EP Ferris where employees come first. He believes in employee development at every level which allows the firm to provide a high quality of service to our clients that is shown through our collaborative efforts and work product.
Having various roles in the firm, Mr. Lescody’s primary responsibility is leading the land development department with a full understanding of the development process and a skilled support team of project managers, designers, and engineering technicians. He is readily available to provide advice and assistance with single-family, multi-family, commercial, roadway, renewable energy, and urban infill projects.
They were committed to making sure the project stayed on track and were quick to resolve issues as they arose. I have been in the business for over 40-years and have worked with a lot of engineering firms. EPF’s attention to detail is second to none and they completed all work on time.
